Field Representative - Koodo Mobile

Are you sales driven? Can you motivate people to sell a new cellular service and ensure their success? Then we need your help!

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to represent Koodo Mobile, Canada’s newest cellular service provider, at retail. You will be part of an energetic, focused sales team that understands the Canadian wireless market and will take it by storm. You will coach salespeople in retail outlets, identify sales challenges, overcome objections and drive results.

This opportunity is currently available in Kelowna, BC.

Core Responsibilities:
- Continuous coaching of wireless retail sales associates on a new line of handsets and rate plans
- Providing floor-level customer and sales associate feedback to the District Manager
- Reporting on inventory levels, availability and sales volume
- Merchandising to drive sales


Requirements:
-At least one year sales or customer service experience in a wireless telecommunications retail environment
-An understanding of merchandising at retail locations to drive business
-Experience in coaching for performance
-Proven sales ability
-Must be willing to travel to several stores within your region
-Exclusive access to a vehicle
